Parent and Co-Parent coaching to empower parents and coparents to develop
a positive coparenting relationship based on collaboration and respect.
Research has shown that children benefit significantly from coparents who are able to cooperate and communicate effectively. Clients learn communication skills and strategies to empower them to have difficult conversations with the other parent, set boundaries, and make decisions that are in their child's best interest. Building a strong coparenting relationship early may reap benefits for
a lifetime.  Sometimes, a little help with self-care strategies and resources may
be incorporated. too!

Family Mediation for separating or divorcing couples who find themselves struggling to reach agreements with custody issues, parenting plans, child support, property distribution, or other areas that may create conflict. Often, a neutral third party serving as a mediator can help parents find valuable support in finding common ground, resolving conflict and creating a parenting plan that works for their unique situation. Mediation is an alternative to litigation, can save on legal fees and allows parents to reach mutual agreements on family conflicts rather than leaving it to a judge to make decisions for them. The mediation process is confidential and nothing from the sessions may be used in court.

Parenting Coordination may be voluntary or court ordered. It is designed to support coparents in high conflict. It may involve, parenting education, coaching and mediation. The Parenting Coordinator may be ordered to work with the family for several months or years. This process is not confidential and the parenting coordinator has some authority in decision-making when coparents cannot agree. The parenting coordinator may interview the child, a therapist, school personnel, etc. in order to make informed decisions and report findings to the court.
